Correcting "Error: Your Tax Table Registration Code is expired or invalid."
Question: I have renewed my Tax Table Subscription and have received the new Tax Table Registration Code. When I enter the new code I receive an error that the Tax Table Registration Code is invalid or expired. How do I fix this?
Answer: There is an update to the payroll program that needs to be installed first. Click Ok to the error message and then click the Continue button, this will allow you to temporarily bypass entering the new code.
- Open the payroll program to your company check for and install any updates that are available.
- If you are not asked to check for updates when you opened the program then on the main Payroll Navigator screen click on the Check For Updates in the lower left corner and install any updates that are available.
- If you are asked for a password during the update enter the Computer password.
- After the updates have been installed, and the program opens, enter the new Tax Table Registration Code that was sent to you by email.
