Question: I have updated my computer to Mac OSX High Sierra, 10.13, or to OSX Mojave, 10.14 and my employees are no longer in alphabetical order. How do I get them back in alphabetical order?

Answer: Click on the link below that corresponds to the Aatrix Payroll program that you use to download the correction.

Once it has finished downloading go into your Downloads folder.

Drag and drop the Aatrix Top Pay / Aatrix Ultimate Payroll / Aatrix Paycheck that downloaded onto the desktop. It may download compressed as a .zip file. Once it is on the desktop double click on it to decompress it and place the Aatrix payroll program icon onto your desktop.

With your payroll program closed, open your hard drive.

Go into your Applications folder.

From the desktop drag and drop the Aatrix Top Pay / Aatrix Ultimate Payroll / Aatrix Paycheck into the corresponding folder in Applications.

When prompted that it already exists select Replace.
