1 **Question:  **I have renewed my **Tax Table Subscription** and have received the new **Tax Table Registration Code**. When I enter the new code I receive an error that the **Tax Table Registration Code is invalid or expired.** How do I fix this?

3 **Answer:  **There is an update to the payroll program that needs to be installed first.** **Click Ok to the error message and then click the **Continue** button, this will allow you to temporarily bypass entering the new code.

5 * Open the payroll program to your company check for and install any updates that are available.
6 * If you are not asked to check for updates when you opened the program then on the main **Payroll Navigator **screen click on the **Check For Updates** in the lower left corner and install any updates that are available.
7 * If you are asked for a password during the update enter the **Computer password.**
8 * After the updates have been installed, and the program opens, enter the new **Tax Table Registration Code** that was sent to you by email.
