| 3 | **Answer: **There is an update to the payroll program that needs to be installed first.** **Click Ok to the error message and then click the **Continue** button, this will allow you to temporarily bypass entering the new code. | ||

| 6 | * If you are not asked to check for updates when you opened the program then on the main **Payroll Navigator **screen click on the **Check For Updates** in the lower left corner and install any updates that are available. | ||
