Incorrect Information on Forms »
When using the eFile Solution for CRA tax filing through your accounting software, the information is passed to the Aatrix Forms in a data file. If the information is not generating accurately, make sure that the accounts payable/payroll items are set up in the standard method.
If the accounts payable/payroll items are setup in the standard method, but are still not generating on the form, please contact your accounts payable/payroll software to see why this information is not getting pushed from the software to the form correctly.
