Finding the Form Selection Screen

To start processing forms, navigate to the form selection screen. The form selection screen can be found in the accounts payable module and will vary depending on what software you are using. Here are some locations in which the form selection screen can be found.
- Under the "Tasks" menu in the accounts payable software, choose "eFiling and Reporting".
- Under the "Accounts Payable", choose "Vendor Payments", and then choose "Vendor T5018 Forms".
As a general rule, if you are having troubles finding the form selection screen, contact the accounts payable software support team.
