Incorrect Information on Forms

When using the eFile Solution for an ROE filing, the information from the payroll software will get pushed to the forms process. If the information is not generating correctly, make sure that the payroll items are set up correctly using the standard method.

Once verified that the payroll items are set up in the standard method, but are still not generating correctly on the form, please contact the payroll software support to see why this information is not being pushed to the Aatrix forms as expected. 

Note: If you are processing a T4 or T5018, and incorrect information is populating in the Preparer, please contact your payroll software support.
