1 When using the eFile Solution for an** ROE filing**, the information from the payroll software will get pushed to the forms process. If the information is not generating correctly, **make sure that the payroll items are set up correctly using the standard method**.

3 Once verified that the payroll items are set up in the standard method, but are still not generating correctly on the form, please **contact the payroll software support** to see why this information is not being pushed to the Aatrix forms as expected.
