1 There are many styles of checkforms to select from that would match to the checks that you currently use. For payroll it is **__preferred__ to use voucher checks** that have the __**check**__ and __**two (2) blank stubs**.__

6 **To select a Checkform to use for Payroll:**

8 * Go to the **"Employee Information"** screen.
9 * Go to the **"File" **menu and select **"Checkforms" **and to the right.
10 * **Select the desired checkform** to use.

14 There are many to choose from that will have two (2) paycheck stubs __showing the current__ and __year-to-date amounts for both income and deductions.__ One you can keep for the company and the other one you can give to the employee with their paycheck.

16 * Those with **Liability** in the **"Checkform Title"** are for **liability payments** and __not__ to be used for paychecks.
17 * The **Top**, **Middle**, and **Bottom** in the **"Checkform Title"** refer to the __position__ of the check on the checkform.
18 \\**i.e.** __Middle__ means there is a __paycheck stub above the check__ and __one below the paycheck__.
