3 When electing to have Aatrix print and mail the employee/recipient copies, the notices will be pre-printed onto the back of the form. This applies for W-2s, 1099s, and 1095s.

7 If printing the employee/recipient copies internally, the forms you purchased from your Accounting/Payroll Software should have the notices pre-printed on the back. If this is not the case, you may print the instructions on the back of the W-2, 1099, or 1095 forms. You may also provide the notices as a separate sheet of paper.
