Unable to Receive Aatrix Emails

If emails are not being received from Aatrix, please contact your email server administrator. 
It is possible that Aatrix emails are being filtered out prior to reaching the inbox, or may be in a spam or junk category of the inbox. To ensure that emails do come through, adding @aatrix.com as a wild card safe domain in the email server will allow emails through.
In case your company doesn't have an email admin, Aatrix also sends all emails to the online inbox at https://efile.aatrix.com
To access this inbox, log into your account at the eFile Center Website and navigate to the "Inbox" tab.
