To receive nearly 50% off of your 1094/1095 filing, you must electronically file the Complete W-2 Service first and then electronically file the Complete 1094/1095 Service with the selection of combining the filing.  Both filings must be completed, and processing dates selected on of before Jan. 24th.

Combining 1095s and W-2s

Electing to combine your W-2s and 1095s means that these will be in one envelope for your employees who are receiving both forms from your company.

  • Printed Employee Copies
    • When an employee is receiving both a W-2 and 1095 from your company, they will receive one mail piece with both forms.
    • If an employee is receiving a W-2 but not a 1095, they will receive one mail piece with a W-2.
    • If an employee is receiving a 1095 but not a W-2, they will receive one mail piece with a 1095.
  • Electronic Only Employee Copies
    • When an employee is electronic only for both W-2s and 1095s, they will receive two electronic log-ins. One for each form type, these will not be combined.
    • When an employee is electronic only for W-2s but not for 1095s, they will receive one log-in for the eW-2 and one mail piece for the printed 1095.
    • When an employee is electronic only for 1095s but not for W-2s, they will receive one log-in for the e1095 and one mail piece for the printed W-2.

Please note that any employees who require multiple-page W2s can not be combined with the 1095 form, they will get separate mail pieces for each form, but you will still receive the discount.
