Setting up your Payroll for eFile

The following items are required for you to be able to eFile your forms directly from your payroll program:
- A subscription to the Print & Mail Reports is required. Contact our sales staff at 800-426-0854 to enroll.
- You will also need to create an eFile user profile.
- Go to efile.aatrix.com and click on the Enroll link on the upper right corner of the page.
- For the Username, it is recommended using something that refers to the company name.
- Once you have set up the user profile you will need to login to the website, click on the Company tab and print the eFile Authorization form. Fill it out and fax it to the number on the form. You can also scan it back onto your computer and send it by email to helpme@aatrix.com
