Obtaining Login Information

• If you still have access to the email address we have on file, you can click on "Forgot Login" and the login information will be sent to that email address.

• If you no longer have access to the email account, you will need to submit on company letterhead:
  • FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number)
  • New contact name
  • New contact phone number
  • New contact email address
  • Signed by an officer or owner of the company
• Fax it to 701-746-4393 or scan it to your computer and send it by email attachment to support@aatrix.com.
• Once the request has been processed, the login information will be sent to the new email address.
