1 A "Payload Chunk Upload Error NON OK HTTP Response" when eFiling indicates that you are using a Mac with an OS of 10.11 or lower.

3 Due to security protocol changes enacted with the internet and direct connections released by Apple you will need to be on a Mac running **AT LEAST** OS 10.12 or higher with **all additional Security Updates installed **to eFile.

5 To check that you have the latest Security Updates updates for OS 10.12 go to the **App Store** and click on Updates and install any security updates for OS 10.12 that are available.
