Paycheck Printing Order

Question: The paychecks are printing in reverse order. How do I get payroll to print the first person being paid first?

Answer: The paychecks printing in reverse order is a printer setting that you can change.

  • When you click "Print/Record" selected paychecks, enter the starting Check Number, Paycheck Date and Pay Period Ending Date and click "OK" to bring you to the "Print" window.

  • In the "Print" window from the Layout drop down menu, choose "Paper Handling".

  • Set the "Page Order" to "Normal" and print the checks.
