Question: How do I correct the error, "Aatrix Updater is missing a tool."?

Answer: To correct this error you will need to re-install the program.

  • Contact support at 701-746-6017 or by email at support@aatrix.com to obtain a link to the download.
  • Prior to re-installing the program, trash the Aatrix Top Pay/Ultimate/Paycheck program folder from your Applications folder.

NOTE: The Aatrix program folder in your Applications folder contains the items necessary to open and run the program. Your company information is not stored there so when you have reinstalled the program you will still be able to access your company.
