1 **The following items are required for you to be able to eFile your forms directly from your payroll program:**

3 * A subscription to the **Print & Mail Reports** is required. Contact our sales staff at **800-426-0854** to enroll.
4 * You will also need to create an **eFile user profile**. 
5 ** Go to [[efile.aatrix.com>>url:https://efile.aatrix.com/]] and click on the **Enroll** link on the upper right corner of the page.
6 ** For the **Username, **it is recommended using something that refers to the company name.
7 * Once you have set up the user profile you will need to login to the website, click on the **Company** tab and print the **eFile Authorization form. **Fill it out and fax it to the number on the form. You can also scan it back onto your computer and send it by email to helpme@aatrix.com
