1 **To access the Year End Checklist:**

3 * In your payroll program, go to the **"Employee Information"** screen.
4 * Go to the **"Activities"** menu across the top of your monitor screen and select **"Year End Checklist"**.
5 * **You can add items or modify existing items on the list.** To hide items already completed click the Hide Completed box.
6 * To print the list for reference, click the **"Print Button"**.
