3 **Answer: **To access previous reports that you have completed you must first open the **Aatrix Form Viewer**, which is what is used to process your reports.

5 * In the **"Reports Plus"** window, select any report under **"Print & Mail"** and click **"Preview Report"** to open the Aatrix Form Viewer app.
6 * Once the report appears on the screen, go to the **"File"** menu and click on **"Close Window"**.
7 * Go back to the **"File"** menu and select **"Previous Reports"**.
8 * From the list, **select the desired report** and click the **"Edit"** button to bring the form up on the screen.
