What are the Credit Reduction States?

The U.S. Department of Labor determines which states are credit reduction states.

The Credit Reduction States for 2022 are the following:

  • California (CA)
  • Connecticut (CT)
  • Illinois (IL)
  • New York (NY)
  • Virgin Islands (VI)
