Renewing my eFile Package

Package renewal is only available when your existing package is within 3 months of expiring.

To renew your package, follow the steps below:

Log on to https://efile.aatrix.com/
Navigate to the Package Purchase menu by one of the following ways.
- Option 1: Navigate to the Companies tab. Select the company on the left hand side. Choose the Click here option located below the company name on the right side of the page.
- Option 2: Navigate to the Pricing tab and click on Select a Company and Package located above or at the bottom right of the page.
Select the company/package that needs to be renewed. Off to the right, you will see a Renew Package section.

Renewing my eFile Package

Select the package that is needed to renew.
Select to add the package renewal to the cart.
Once added, proceed to the shopping cart or repeat the steps to purchase a package for each company enrolled under the same username and password.
Proceed to the shopping cart. Enter in the credit card information to purchase the renewed package(s).
