3 **Combining 1095s and W-2s**

5 Electing to combine your W-2s and 1095s means that these will be in one envelope for your employees that are receiving both forms from your company.

7 * **Printed Employee Copies**
8 ** When an employee is receiving both a W-2 and 1095 from your company, they will receive one envelope with both forms.
9 ** If an employee is receiving a W-2 but not a 1095, they will receive one envelope with a W-2.
10 ** If an employee is receiving a 1095 but not a W-2, they will receive one envelope with a 1095.
11 * **Electronic Only Employee Copies**
12 ** When an employee is electronic only for both W-2s and 1095s, they will receive two electronic log-ins. One for each form type, these will not be combined.
13 ** When an employee is electronic only for W-2s but not for 1095s, they will receive one log-in for the eW-2 and one envelope for the printed 1095.
14 ** When an employee is electronic only for 1095s but not for W-2s, they will receive one log-in for the e1095 and one envelope for the printed W-2.
