4 * The** SSA (red) copy**, along with the **W-3 (red)** is to be postmarked by the end of January. The mailing address is on the bottom portion of the W-3. **~*~*NOTE ~-~- Starting with 2016 W-2 submissions the SSA has move up the due date for employer copies.**
5 * The **Due Date for the State copy** //(if required)// vary by state. Consult with your accountant or contact the state for the due date.
