3.1	1	* Go to the Aatrix Top Pay/Ultimate/Paycheck menu in the upper left corner of your monitor screen next to the Apple and select "Preferences".

	8	* Check the box to "Alternate Default Hours" and enter "0".
	9	* Click "OK". When payroll is processed the hours will show as "0" when you select employees to be paid.
