2 ** Go to the **Aatrix Top Pay/Ultimate/Paycheck** menu in the upper left corner of your monitor screen next to the Apple and select** "Preferences".**

9 ** Click on the **"Payroll" **tab across the top of the window.

12 ** Check the box to **"Alternate Default Hours" **and enter **"0"**.

15 ** Click **"OK"**. When payroll is processed the hours will show as "0" when you select employees to be paid.
