3 **Answer: **Backups of the payroll program by default are stored in your** "Documents"** folder.

5 * Open your hard drive and on the left side, select **"Documents".**
6 * Go into the **"Payroll Backups"** folder.
7 * Go into the** folder with your company name** on it.
8 * **Each folder with a date on it** is a backup of the company as of that date.
