Year-end Update did not update forms

When you install the new forms for the year the names for the reports on the list under Print & Mail does not get updated until you quit out of the payroll program and reopen it.
- Some forms that are due are annual forms filed at the end of the year. They are updated at the end of the year for submission covering the year just ending.
- Quarterly forms are updated for the quarter due, which at the end of the year would be the 4th quarter of the previous year.
- Forms that are due at the end of the first quarter and are updated at that time.
