Installing Upgrades; Reinstalling the Program

Upgrades, or newer versions of the payroll program are released periodically. 

There may also be times that you need to reinstall your current version of the payroll program. The installation of upgrades and reinstalling your current version are both done in the same manner.

Downloads for installing the program are done by a link to the download sent to you by email. Contact Customer Support at 701-746-6017 or by email at support@aatrix.com to have it sent to you.

  • Before installing the program from the download, open your Hard Drive and go into your Applications folder.
    • Move the Aatrix Top Pay/Ultimate/Paycheck folder located there to the trash. Do not worry, it only contains items necessary to open the program and update it. Your company information is stored in your Documents folder.

  • Open the download.
    • Drag the Aatrix Top Pay/Ultimate/Paycheck to the Applications folder to the left to install the program.
