Correcting eFile Payload Chunk Upload Error
A "Payload Chunk Upload Error NON OK HTTP Response" when eFiling indicates that you are using a Mac with an OS of 10.11 or lower.
Due to security protocol changes enacted with the internet and direct connections released by Apple you will need to be on a Mac running AT LEAST OS 10.12 or higher with all additional Security Updates installed to eFile.
To check that you have the latest Security Updates updates for OS 10.12 go to the App Store and click on Updates and install any security updates for OS 10.12 that are available.
