1 **Question: **How do I correct the error, "Forms Engine Failure" after updating to OS Sierra?

3 **Answer: **This is a known issue with OS Sierra. Currently to correct this:

5 * Open your** hard drive** and go into your **Applications** folder
6 * Go into the** Form Viewer **folder located in Applications.
7 * Copy the **Form Viewer ** application icon to the desktop. 
8 ~*~*//**NOTE - Do not make a shortcut on the desktop but make a copy of the program icon**//
9 * Once you have the** Form Viewer **application icon on the desktop drag it back into the** Form Viewer folder in Applications. **When prompted that it already exists select** Replace.**
10 * Preview the report.
