Andrew K 1.1 1 For payroll to properly post to Quickbooks, the **required links** are:

3 * **Net Pay** as a** Credit** to your Bank Account.
4 * **Gross Pay** (Not assigned or all) as a **Debit** to an Expense Account.
5 * **All Deductions** are a **Credit** to a Liability Account, set up as "Type: Other Current Liability".
6 * **Employer Paid items** require a link as: 
7 ** **Credit** to a Liability Account, set up as "Type: Other Current Liability" and;
8 ** A second link, as a **Debit** to an Expense Account.
