Andrew K 1.1 1 When you install the new forms for the year the names for the reports on the list under **Print & Mail **does not get updated until you quit out of the payroll program and reopen it.

3 * Some forms that are due are **annual forms** filed at the end of the year. **They are updated at the end of the year for submission covering the year just ending.**

5 * **Quarterly forms are updated for the quarter due**, which at the end of the year would be the 4th quarter of the previous year.

7 * Forms that are due at the end of the first quarter and are updated at that time.
