1 **To rename an employee with a suffix at the end of their name, for example,// "Fred J. Jones, Jr."//:**

3 * Go to **"Employee Information" **and select the employee from the list //(red 1 in screenshot below)//.
4 * Go to the dropdown menu above the listing of your employees //(red 2)// and select **"Rename Employee".**
5 * In the **"Rename Employee" **box, enter the suffix after the last name in the **"Enter the Last Name" **box and click** "OK"**.
