What are the Credit Reduction States?

The U.S. Department of Labor determines which states are credit reduction states.
The Credit Reduction States for 2022 are the following:
- California (CA)
- Connecticut (CT)
- Illinois (IL)
- New York (NY)
- Virgin Islands (VI)
