eFiling Fees
For standard filing processing (Quarterly, Annual, New Hire, and Payment Coupons) the eFiling fee is a minimum of $9.95.
If the form has an Employee List Report, there is an additional charge of $0.49 per employee. Aatrix Packages are also available to cover these fees.

How to Pay
When going through the Aatrix eFile portion of processing a form you will be prompted for a credit card. If you do not have access to a credit card, we recommend buying a prepaid card to use to pay for the eFiling process. Priority Processing Fee
Aatrix requires all forms to be submitted by the following standards below. If you are filing after the set standard you will encounter a $25 Priority Processing Fee for each filing submitted late. Any filing submitted after 3pm Central Time is considered as submitted the next business day.
- Submit forms with Agency Payment included by: 2 Business Days including the due date.
- Submit all other Standard Forms by: 3 Business Days including the due date.
If a priority processing fee is placed on the filing, this means Aatrix will no longer guarantee that the filing will be filed on time. The fee does expedite the filing for faster processing so we can attempt to get the filing to the agency as soon as possible.
