Upgrading my eFile Package

If a package has been purchased but you need to upgrade, a pro-rated fee will be charged through the end of the existing package.
- Log on to https://efile.aatrix.com
- Navigate to the "Packages" tab.
- Navigate to the "Package Purchase" menu by one of the following ways.
- Option 1: Navigate to the "Companies" tab and select "Click here" located below your company name on the right side of the page.
- Option 2: Navigate to the "Pricing" tab and click on "Select a Company and Package" located above or at the bottom right of the page.
- Off to the right choose the Upgrade Package Section.
- Select the package you wish to upgrade to.
- Click "Add Selected Upgrade to Cart".
- Once added proceed to the shopping cart or, if there are multiple companies enrolled under one username and password, repeat the steps to purchase a package for each company.
- Proceed to the shopping cart. Enter in credit card information to purchase the upgraded package.
