Renewing my eFile Package

Package renewal is only available when your existing package is within 3 months of expiring.

To renew your package, follow the steps below:

  • Log on to https://efile.aatrix.com/

  • Navigate to the Package Purchase menu by one of the following ways.

• 
  
  • 
    
    • Option 1: Navigate to the Companies tab. Select the company on the left hand side. Choose the Click here option located below the company name on the right side of the page.

  • 
    
    • Option 2: Navigate to the Pricing tab and click on Select a Company and Package located above or at the bottom right of the page.

• 
  
  • Select the company/package that needs to be renewed. Off to the right, you will see a Renew Package section.

• 
  
  • Select the package that is needed to renew. 

• 
  
  • Select to add the package renewal to the cart.

• 
  
  • Once added, proceed to the shopping cart or repeat the steps to purchase a package for each company enrolled under the same username and password.

• 
  
  • Proceed to the shopping cart. Enter in the credit card information to purchase the renewed package(s).
