Cancel Auto Renewal for Packages

  • Go to https://efile.aatrix.com
  • Login.
  • Navigate to the EfilePackages tab.
  • Select to Cancel Automatic Renewal to cancel the renewal of your package. (The displayed screen will vary depending on if you have a single or multiple companies)

  • For profiles with multiple companies, select the company you would like to cancel the Auto Renewal for first, and then select Cancel Automatic Renewal.

  • Once the Cancel Automatic Renewal option has been selected, the following prompts will appear. Selecting OK will then cancel the automatic renewal.

  • Note: It may take several minutes for the Disabled status to appear.
