Select to Cancel Automatic Renewal to cancel the renewal of your package. (The displayed screen will vary depending on if you have a single or multiple companies)
For profiles with multiple companies, select the company you would like to cancel the Auto Renewal for first, and then select Cancel Automatic Renewal.
Once the Cancel Automatic Renewal option has been selected, the following prompt will appear. Selecting OK will then cancel the automatic renewal.
Note: It may take several minutes for the Disabled status to appear.
