Select to Cancel Automatic Renewal to cancel the renewal of your package. (The displayed screen will vary depending on if you have a single or multiple companies)
For profiles with multiple companies, select the company you would like to cancel the Auto Renewal for first, and then select Cancel Automatic Renewal.
Once the Cancel Automatic Renewal has been selected, the below prompt will display. Selecting OK will then cancel the automatic renewal.
