Initial eFiling Fees
For T4 Federal and Employee eFiling, the fee is a minimum of $24.95 or $2.29 per employee.
- Federal eFiling only is a minimum of $24.95 or $0.99 per employee.*
For T5018 Federal and Recipient eFiling, the fee is a minimum of $24.95 or $2.29 per employee.

Correction Pricing:
- T4 corrections are priced with a $14.95 minimum or on a per corrected employee basis.
- T5018 corrections are priced with a $14.95 minimum or on a per corrected recipient basis.
How to Pay:
You will be able to pay the eFile fee at the end of the eFile session. Payments for eFile fees must be processed via credit card or debit card. If you do not have access to a credit card or debit card, we recommend buying a prepaid card to use for the eFile payment.
