Printing W-2's without "Records Copy"

You need to go through the verification process.

• Click the "Next Step" button several times to go through the verification. If an error is encountered it will need to be corrected before continuing.
• If no errors are encountered, at the end of the verification you will receive an "Important Notice" box.
  • Read it carefully and when you are sure the information is correct click the "Agree" button.
• Click the "Next Step" button one more time to finish processing the form and then click the "Process" button to the right.
• Select "Print my own" and continue to go through printing of the W-2's and W-3.
