3 **Answer: **After payroll checks have been processed a backup will be created for you automatically when you close the program.

5 There may be times when you would want to create a backup, but payroll has not been processed. For example, you entered a new employee or set up a new deduction. 
6 \\You can create a backup of your company at anytime by going to the **"File"** and select **"Backup".**
