1 **To change the name of an employee in the payroll program go to "Employee Information":**

4 ** On the left side, **select the employee** on the list.

7 ** From the dropdown menu above your employee listing //(it is probably set to Master List)//, select **"Rename Employee"**.

14 ** In the **Rename Employee **window, enter the first name and middle name or initial in the upper box. Enter the last name in the bottom box and click **"OK"**.
