Changing Employee Names

To change the name of an employee in the payroll program go to "Employee Information":

  • On the left side, select the employee on the list.
  • From the dropdown menu above your employee listing (it is probably set to Master List), select "Rename Employee".

  • In the Rename Employee window, enter the first name and middle name or initial in the upper box. Enter the last name in the bottom box and click "OK".

  • The name for the employee will be changed on the list and also in Employee Information.
